How is the price calculated?
The base is one-time model preparation and the license. Photos are an add-on package. We quote based on your catalog, so you only pay for what you need.
Are photos included in the license?
No. Photos are an add-on package: 100, 500 or 1,000, or unlimited by arrangement. Without a package the 3D view, print and PDF work in full.
Can I add materials and models later?
Yes. We add new materials and they appear on your site right away. We prepare each new model, and you add the short snippet with its name to its product page.
Can I use the configurator on several websites?
Yes. A license can cover several websites, for example your website, your online store and your retail partners’ sites.
What happens when the photo package runs out?
Photos pause until you renew the package, while the 3D view keeps working normally. You can move to a larger package at any time.
